Answers to common questions about buying fabrication equipment, materials and parts from Fabinity.
Is UK delivery free?
Standard UK delivery is free, except on orders under £500 that include a 3D printer or 3D scanner, which pay £9.95. Prices include VAT. Optional premium services remain chargeable; checkout shows the available options before payment.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Public storefront prices are shown in GBP including VAT. Your selected configuration determines the price added to the basket.
Do you deliver to the UK?
Yes. We deliver across the United Kingdom with tracked delivery. Available delivery services and charges are shown before payment.
Does same-day processing mean same-day delivery?
No. Orders placed before 3pm UK time are processed the same working day. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Dispatch and delivery depend on the product, supplier and carrier.
What warranty do machines include?
Machines carry their manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. The term depends on the brand and model, so ask us for the terms for your machine. We help you raise a claim. Consumables and software have their own terms.
Can you confirm an accessory fits?
Tell us the exact machine model, revision and the item you are considering. We check recorded compatibility rather than assuming that products from the same brand fit.
Which payment methods are available?
Our current checkout accepts card payments. Use the payment options actually offered at checkout; we do not currently advertise PayPal.
