We deliver across the United Kingdom through our supplier partners. Fabinity processes your order and provides tracking, warranty backing and UK support.

Order processing

• Order before 3pm - we’ll process it the same working day.
• The cutoff is UK time. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
• Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next working day.
• Processing is when we handle your order. Dispatch and delivery depend on the supplier and carrier.

Tracking

We send your tracking information when it is available from the supplier or carrier. Our team can help with delivery updates and questions about your order.

Problems

If a delivery is late, damaged or missing, call 0208 064 1524 and we will chase the carrier for you - you never need to deal with them yourself. Risk in the goods stays with us until they are delivered to you.
