Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom with tracked delivery. Fabinity processes your order and provides tracking, help with manufacturer warranty claims and UK support.

Options and charges

Standard UK delivery is free, except on orders under £500 that include a 3D printer or 3D scanner, which pay £9.95. Prices include VAT. We do not currently offer a guaranteed before-noon delivery service.

Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery timing depends on the product. Any lead time is shown on the product page before you order.

Order processing

• Order before 3pm - we’ll process it the same working day.
• The cutoff is UK time. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
• Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next working day.
• Processing is when we handle your order. It is not a dispatch or delivery guarantee.

Tracking

We send your tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Our team can help with delivery updates and questions about your order.

Our contact address

128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX is our registered and contact address. Customer collection is not available.

Problems

If a delivery is late, damaged or missing, call 0208 064 0560 and we will chase the carrier for you - you never need to deal with them yourself. Risk in the goods stays with us until they are delivered to you.
