Cookie policy
Last updated 16 October 2026
We use cookies and browser storage to run the shop and remember your choices. Optional analytics and Meta advertising tracking only start after you accept the relevant category, and only when that service is enabled.
Essential storage
- Basket: the
fabinity_cartcookie connects this browser to your basket. It lasts up to 30 days. - Sign-in: Supabase authentication cookies keep your session secure. Remember-device preferences control whether the session persists after closing the browser.
- Chat: when you start a conversation, the secure
fabinity-chatcookie allows this browser to return to it for up to 90 days. It does not give other browsers access. - Your choices:
fabinity_tracking_consentin local storage remembers optional tracking preferences for up to 180 days. Comparison selections and chat sound preferences may also be saved locally until you clear them. - Payments: Stripe may use essential storage for payment security and fraud prevention when you use checkout.
Optional analytics
With analytics consent, Google Analytics measures visits and shopping activity. Its cookies, including names beginning _ga, distinguish browser visits and sessions. Provider expiry can vary; persistent Analytics cookies may last up to two years. Our events exclude names, email addresses, delivery addresses and card details. Accepting analytics does not enable Google advertising consent.
Optional Meta advertising
With Meta advertising consent and the service enabled, the Meta Pixel measures visits and shopping actions. Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc may persist for around 90 days. Browser purchase markers prevent duplicate events and remain until browser storage is cleared. See Meta’s cookie policy for its current storage practices.
Change or withdraw consent
Use Cookie preferences on the storefront to reject optional tracking or change each category. Rejecting is as available as accepting. Withdrawal stops future optional collection in this browser and removes the supported analytics and advertising cookies. It does not reverse data already sent. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser; doing so may sign you out or disconnect your basket and chat history.
If optional services are disabled, the preferences control is not displayed because those services do not load. Essential shop functions remain available.
