Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Fabinity Ltd (“Fabinity”, “we”, “us”) through fabinity.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

Fabinity Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16220433, at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We sell 3D printers, 3D scanners, CNC machines, laser cutters and consumables to consumers and businesses in the United Kingdom.

Prices and payment

• Prices shown to consumers include VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT amount is itemised at checkout and on your invoice.
• Payment is taken in full when you place your order, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• If a price is obviously wrong due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the correct price or a full refund.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order - for example where stock has run out or a delivery address is outside the UK - and will refund any payment in full if so.

Delivery

Delivery options, times and charges are set out on our delivery page and confirmed at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

As a consumer you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - and we extend this to a 30-day returns period. Full details, including the conditions for opened machines and consumables, are on our returns page.

Warranty

Machines we sell carry a two-year UK warranty against manufacturing defects, honoured by us with help sourcing compatible replacement parts. This is in addition to, not instead of, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods to be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Business customers

Where you buy in the course of business, the Consumer Contracts Regulations cancellation right does not apply; returns are at our discretion.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit or business interruption arising from use of the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
