Privacy policy

MS-AM ECOMMERCE LTD trading as Fabinity (Company No. 16220433, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX) is the data controller for personal data collected through fabinity.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect and why

• Orders - your name, email, delivery address, phone number and what you bought. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Kept for 6 years for tax and warranty records.
• Payments - processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s own privacy notice applies to the payment itself.
• Accounts - your sign-in email and order history, so you can track orders. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Marketing - your email, only if you tick the signup box. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We record when consent was given.
• Quotes and enquiries - the details you send us, kept while we deal with your enquiry and for 2 years after.

Who we share it with

• Delivery carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order.
• Stripe, to process payment.
• Suppliers who dispatch some items directly, who receive only your name and delivery address.
• Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and media, Supabase for database and authentication, and Resend for transactional email.

We never sell personal data.

Fabinity Assistant and support chat

Chat stores your messages, product recommendations and any contact details you provide so the assistant or our team can help. AI-assisted replies use Google Gemini; we redact contact details before sending conversation context and never give the model access to private buying costs or customer records. Avoid sharing sensitive information in messages. Conversations are deleted after 90 days without activity under the current retention configuration. Optional email alerts require your separate choice. Essential support processing is based on answering your request and our legitimate interest in providing customer service.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and take your data elsewhere. Email contact@fabinity.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and your sign-in session alive. These are needed to provide the shop and do not depend on your optional cookie choices.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, product views and shopping activity, including cart additions, checkout starts and purchases. Google receives this usage data to provide analytics reports. Our analytics events do not include your name, email, delivery address or payment card details.

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You can reject optional cookies and continue shopping, or change your choice using Cookie preferences on the storefront. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection in that browser. Learn more about Google’s use of data on its partner sites privacy page.

If you accept advertising cookies and Meta tracking is enabled, we use the Meta Pixel to measure shopping activity. We may also send confirmed purchase information to Meta through the Conversions API: order totals, product identifiers, browser information, available Meta cookie identifiers and a hashed version of your email address for matching. Hashing does not make this data anonymous. These events do not include payment card details, delivery addresses or private buying costs. You can withdraw advertising consent using Cookie preferences to stop future advertising tracking in that browser.
