Privacy policy

Fabinity Ltd (Company No. 16220433, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX) is the data controller for personal data collected through fabinity.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect and why

• Orders - your name, email, delivery address, phone number and what you bought. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Kept for 6 years for tax and warranty records.
• Payments - processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s own privacy notice applies to the payment itself.
• Accounts - your sign-in email and order history, so you can track orders. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Marketing - your email, only if you tick the signup box. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We record when consent was given.
• Quotes and enquiries - the details you send us, kept while we deal with your enquiry and for 2 years after.

Who we share it with

• Delivery carriers (DPD), to deliver your order.
• Stripe, to process payment.
• Suppliers who dispatch some items directly, who receive only your name and delivery address.
• Our hosting and database providers, who process data on our instructions only.

We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and take your data elsewhere. Email contact@fabinity.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep your cart working and your sign-in session alive. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
