Returns policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This extends your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - it never replaces it.

Your statutory cancellation right

For most online consumer purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You do not need to give a reason or use our form. Email contact@fabinity.com or call 0208 064 0560. We will confirm the correct return address; please do not send goods to our registered office without return instructions. Our additional 30-day returns offer does not limit your statutory rights.

You can use our optional cancellation form. For a statutory cancellation, refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge. We refund within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever happens first.

Our additional 30-day offer

After the statutory cancellation period, our additional offer accepts unused goods returned in saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. These additional conditions do not restrict statutory cancellation or remedies for faulty goods.

How to return something

• Email contact@fabinity.com or call 0208 064 0560 with your order number.
• We will confirm the return address and, for machines, arrange collection.
• Refunds go to the original payment method. The statutory refund timing above applies to statutory cancellations.

Condition

• You may inspect a machine as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may make a deduction for the reduction in value, as the Regulations allow.
• Please keep the original packaging where you can - machines travel badly without it.

Exceptions

• Opened consumables may not qualify for our additional 30-day offer. Opening ordinary filament or resin does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights; handling beyond what is necessary to inspect goods may reduce the refund.
• Truly personalised or made-to-your-specification goods may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation. Selecting a standard catalogue configuration does not by itself make a product personalised. Rights for faulty goods remain.

Faulty goods

None of the limits above apply to faulty items. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and remedies of repair or replacement after that. Machines also carry their manufacturer’s warranty: see warranty by manufacturer. Call our UK support team for help with troubleshooting, repairs and replacement parts.

Return delivery costs

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, return delivery is on us. For change of mind, the cost of returning the item is yours; we can quote for collection of large machines.
