Returns policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This extends your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - it never replaces it.

How to return something

• Email contact@fabinity.com or call 0208 064 1524 with your order number.
• We will confirm the return address and, for machines, arrange collection.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the goods arriving back with us.

Condition

• You may inspect a machine as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may make a deduction for the reduction in value, as the Regulations allow.
• Please keep the original packaging where you can - machines travel badly without it.

What cannot be returned

• Opened filament and resin, for hygiene and quality-control reasons, unless faulty.
• Items made or configured to your specification, unless faulty.

Faulty goods

None of the limits above apply to faulty items. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and remedies of repair or replacement after that. Machines also carry our two-year warranty. Call our UK support team for help with troubleshooting, repairs and replacement parts.

Return delivery costs

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, return delivery is on us. For change of mind, the cost of returning the item is yours; we can quote for collection of large machines.
