What the machine warranty covers
The manufacturer’s warranty applies to manufacturing defects. Its term depends on the brand and model, so ask us for the terms for your machine. It does not mean that consumables, routine wear items, software or separately purchased accessories carry the same cover. Check the product information and contact us about the item concerned.
How to get help
Have your order number, machine model and a description of the fault ready. Contact contact@fabinity.com or call 0208 064 0560. We will help establish the next step, including troubleshooting, repair or replacement where appropriate. Please contact us before returning equipment so the correct return arrangements can be confirmed.
Your rights and returns
The manufacturer’s warranty does not replace or reduce your statutory rights against us. Change-of-mind returns and faulty-goods remedies are described in our returns policy. Keep your proof of purchase and follow the manufacturer’s installation, operating and maintenance instructions.
