Fabinity buying guide
Prusa CORE One versus MK4S
The CORE One family and MK4S offer different physical layouts and working environments. Compare the current listed versions, then choose around your materials, part sizes and preference for an enclosed or open-frame machine.
Enclosure and access
The listed CORE One machines are enclosed, while the standard MK4S is open-frame. That changes access to the print area and how you plan the workspace. It does not establish that every material is suitable: check the printer and material guidance together. An optional enclosure or a specific bundle should be assessed as a separate configuration.
Check your part dimensions
Compare the X, Y and Z dimensions in the live specification table, not just a combined volume figure. The longest dimension of your part, its orientation and support space can determine fit. Leave room around the machine for operation and maintenance, and check its overall dimensions separately from printable space.
Choose the package you will use
Both families have been offered through different assembly and package options. Current availability and contents belong to the exact product and variant shown. If you want to build the machine, read the relevant assembly instructions before choosing a kit. For an existing printer, a conversion kit is not a complete replacement machine.
